Requirements

Candidates should have previous experience working with large customers in technical sales or similar roles such as Technical Account Manager or Solution Architect, and previous experience in SaaS as a Pre-Sales professional, Engagement Manager, or LMS implementation consultant. Strong knowledge of enterprise technologies and systems like SSO, CRM, ERP, or HRIS is required, along with technical knowledge of system integrations via APIs and familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. The role also requires strong sales acumen with experience using a sales methodology (e.g., MEDDPICC, Challenger), the ability to manage a range of stakeholders during an Enterprise sales cycle, a growth mindset, passion for the intersection of technology, business, and learning, and the ability to work at a fast pace while maintaining a positive attitude. Up to 20% travel is also expected, and knowledge of the LMS industry and its relevant standards is considered an asset.

Responsibilities

The Senior Solutions Consultant will build relationships with all levels of the prospective customer organization, including CEOs, Learning and Development Directors, and IT teams. They will navigate complex engagements with technical stakeholders, introduce simplicity for less technical individuals, and partner with the Sales Team to drive deals to a successful conclusion by delivering an outstanding experience. Responsibilities also include being a proactive member of cross-functional teams like solution architecture, marketing, and customer success, bringing creativity and a positive attitude to customer interactions and projects, and mastering the presentation of solution value, objection handling, and fielding questions from various buyer types. Additionally, they will configure the platform for customized, value-based demonstrations based on industry expertise and technical discovery, lead technical evaluations, document key insights, and provide valuable industry trends and customer feedback to the Product team.
