Candidates should possess 5+ years of pre-sales experience, such as solution consulting, sales engineering, management consulting, client success, or sales enablement, and demonstrate strong communication and presentation skills with senior selling experience within consultative projects. They should also have an ownership mindset, demonstrating drive, initiative, energy, and a sense of urgency, and thrive in a small, dynamic team environment.
The Senior Solution Consultant will partner with sales personnel to qualify enterprise customer needs and perform pre-demo needs analysis, balance multiple concurrent sales cycles, provide mentoring and training to peers, deliver MindTickle’s product demonstrations, generate demo scripts and scenarios, scope and deliver Proof of Concept engagements, respond to RFI/RFP documents, stay current on product roadmap and competitive analyses, collaborate with internal teams, translate business needs to product requirements, and support Marketing events.
