Experience with process mining, task mining, and analytics is essential. Familiarity with Citizen Development, RPA, and AI Agents is also required.
The Process Intelligence Program Director will build and manage a program using Process Intelligence and related tools to drive efficiency gains, cost reduction, and enhanced employee experience. They will lead initiatives and coach others to effectively use Process Intelligence to improve processes and deliver automation and AI solutions across Global People Services. This includes discovering and defining process optimization and automation solutions, implementing Business Process Intelligence for ongoing performance monitoring, and partnering with various teams to define and implement a transformation roadmap for automation and AI solutions.
