Responsibilities

The Senior Delivery Manager will be responsible for team delivery in complex environments, establishing strong stakeholder relationships, and cultivating positive team dynamics through the creation and review of team working agreements. They will lead the development of team norms and ceremonies to foster productivity and continuous improvement, onboard new team members, and advocate for adequate team resourcing. The role involves monitoring and addressing conflict, helping teams maintain an effective and sustainable pace of delivery, and coaching teammates to develop self-organizing capabilities. Responsibilities include communicating clearly and effectively with team members and stakeholders, navigating strategic relationships in multi-vendor environments, and proactively identifying and removing impediments to ensure delivery success.
