Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of recruiting experience in a high-growth or fast-paced setting; prior experience hiring for SaaS or Tech Sales roles, especially within Go-to-Market functions, is strongly preferred
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse is highly preferred) and recruitment tools
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a passion for building strong relationships with candidates and hiring teams
  • Solid understanding of the talent market in Pakistan, particularly for sales and GTM roles
  • Proven ability to build trust and credibility with stakeholders across all levels
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities; highly detail-oriented and adaptable to change
  • Self-starter who works well both independently and within a collaborative team environment
  • Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed recruitment KPIs, even in a remote work setup

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with sales leaders to understand hiring alignment, source ideal candidate profiles, and align on search strategies for Sales positions
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for Sales roles - from sourcing and screening through to interviewing, offer negotiation, and closing
  • Develop and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified candidates to ensure a strong top-of-funnel for SDR roles
  • Achieve and aim to surpass recruitment metrics and individual performance goals
  • Proactively source and engage both active and passive candidates through various channels
  • Maintain Applicant Tracking System (ATS) hygiene and ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the process
