Requirements

The candidate should have over 5 years of experience in sales, sales enablement, revenue operations, or other sales productivity roles within a SaaS environment. A deep understanding of Salesforce, sales engagement, conversational intelligence, sales readiness, content management, and data intelligence platforms is required. Experience using SQL, Snowflake, and Tableau for analytics and strategy guidance, along with strong cross-functional communication skills and a strategic mindset to translate business needs into scalable, tech-driven solutions, are also necessary.

Responsibilities

The Senior Sales Productivity Manager will lead the execution and continuous improvement of productivity systems, including CRM, enablement platforms, AI-driven tools, and methodology tech. They will partner with cross-functional teams to define and implement tool strategies, analyze adoption data and performance metrics using Excel, SQL, Snowflake, and Tableau to generate insights, and design and operationalize enablement experiences within systems. The role also involves serving as the systems expert for GTM stakeholders, providing support, troubleshooting, and iterating based on feedback.
