About the Team

The Sales Strategy, Operations, & Enablement (SSOE) team is central to our rapidly growing business focused on acquiring new B2B customers in the Financial Services sector. We are a versatile team with the strategic agility to contribute thought leadership and operational scale across various parts of the organization. We are seeking a talented Senior Sales Operations Analyst to support our revenue and customer base growth.

About the Job

We are looking for a Senior Sales Operations Analyst to drive revenue growth, identify opportunities for sales and account management process improvements, and foster alignment across sales, marketing, product, and data teams. The ideal candidate is an analytical problem solver with expertise in sales strategy and operations, capable of extracting actionable insights from large datasets.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day operational support to the Sales organization, ensuring a frictionless sales motion.
  • Conduct ad hoc and recurring analyses to support leadership decision-making.
  • Manage a ticketing queue, triaging requests and resolving cases within Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Participate in operationalizing strategic initiatives for the broader Strategy & Operations team.
  • Act as a steward for data fidelity and hygiene across our sales technology stack.
  • Support Go-To-Market (GTM) functions, including account assignments, sales promotions, and customer activations.

Skills / Experience You Have:

  • Spreadsheet Analysis: Comfortable running analyses in spreadsheets, proficient with lookups, pivots, and aggregate functions (SUMS/COUNTS/IFS).
  • Experience: 3-6 years of experience in sales operations, marketing operations, or revenue operations.
  • Salesforce Proficiency: Strong ability to navigate Salesforce and build reports and dashboards.
  • Analytical Curiosity: Innate curiosity to conduct deep dives into the business and identify areas for optimization.
  • SQL Proficiency: Ability to implement complex joins and filtering criteria.
  • Google Workspace: Intermediate knowledge of Google Workspace services (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive, Mail, Calendar, etc.).

Skills / Experience Preferred:

  • Tableau: Experience building dashboards in Tableau.
  • Data Visualization: Ability to tell stories through data visualization, using specific visuals to best convey business insights.
  • Finance & Business Analytics: Working knowledge of finance and business analytics concepts.
