Candidates should possess proven project management frameworks and examples while balancing large workloads, strong business aptitude with an understanding of marketing, sales, and customer success business needs, and the ability to find a business challenge, define the revenue and/or customer impact, and create a project plan and measurements to improve. They should also have strong problem-solving capabilities, proficient communication skills, and experience with stakeholder management and communication, along with strong proficiency in Excel and comfort analyzing large data sets. Advanced SFDC reporting skills and experience with Customer Success platforms are preferred.
As a Senior Revenue Operations Analyst at Vanta, you will build and maintain a strong operating rhythm for Vanta’s post sale motion, inclusive of forecasting, pipeline and compensation administration, and inspection on Vanta’s loss metrics; project plan and manage the rollout of new GTM processes to reduce churn and expand the customer base; identify gaps in GTM motion and utilize data to design recommendations and improvements; work cross functionally to capture requirements, feedback, and deliver enhancements through effective change management processes; develop best in class operating metrics and source of truth reporting for ICs and Managers; and move quickly to unblock GTM leaders while pushing the envelope to drive stronger process, reporting, and adherence.
