The (Senior) Sales Manager will be responsible for acquiring new customers, building and managing their own book of business, and driving long-term account growth through upsell and cross-sell opportunities. This includes prospecting, qualifying, and converting leads via outbound outreach and in-person selling, conducting effective discovery to understand customer needs, and leading business reviews with key customers. The role also involves collaborating with Operations, Finance, and Product teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
