Requirements

Candidates should possess a Master’s degree in a relevant subject and demonstrate a strong understanding of energy storage products, services, and digital applications. They must be adept at identifying attractive customer segments and building relationships with key customers and industry stakeholders, including managing regional travel. Furthermore, candidates should be able to provide technical and commercial support, serve as a subject matter expert, and lead the negotiation and closing of transactions, supported by a Deal Team. Strong sales skills and the ability to meet quarterly and annual sales targets are essential, along with proficiency in Salesforce and other CRM tools.

Responsibilities

The Senior Sales Manager will identify and assess sales opportunities, develop compelling offers for key customers, provide technical and commercial support during the sales process, lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams, deliver on sales targets, gather competitive intelligence, maintain sales tools, and represent Fluence at industry events. They will also be responsible for fostering a culture of customer fluency, driving innovation, and supporting data-driven decision-making.
