Familiarity with Demand Side Management (DSM) capabilities such as energy efficiency, demand response, and load flexibility is required.
The Director of Business Development and Sales will be responsible for securing new revenue with electric and gas utilities in the Southwestern United States, leading sales efforts, and collaborating with internal teams to achieve sales and booking goals. They will develop and implement sales strategies, serve as a client advocate, identify client needs, and establish relationships with key clients and strategic partners. Furthermore, the role involves supporting proposal development, driving process improvements, and contributing to the growth of Resource Innovations through product development and innovation.
