Requirements

Candidates should have experience in a customer-facing or strategic consulting role, preferably in sales engineering. A strong understanding of technical landscapes and the ability to architect complex solutions utilizing automation, RPA, and AI Agentic type solutions is required. Experience within industries such as banking and financial services is preferred. Strong analytical skills, a problem-solving mindset, and excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish are essential, with Portuguese being a plus. Demonstrated experience in simplifying and communicating complex concepts to both technical and business audiences, along with knowledge of Lean Principles and Continuous Process Improvement methodologies, is necessary. The ability to empathize with co-workers and customers is also a requirement. Approximately 20% travel is expected.

Responsibilities

The Senior Sales Engineer will act as a strategic advisor, evangelizing the value of Automation and AI to businesses and designing new processes using the UiPath platform. Responsibilities include identifying ineffective business processes and proposing solutions, securing technical wins, and identifying high-value uses of technology. The role involves partnering with the sales team to define account strategy, ideating on solution footprint growth, and identifying desired business outcomes. Building and delivering industry-specific demos and proof of value, conducting process discovery sessions to understand current workflows and quantify potential value, and collaborating with Product & Engineering, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to channel customer feedback are key duties. The role also includes sharing lessons learned, providing a feedback loop for product innovation, and supporting customers across Mexico and various LATAM countries.
