This is a remote position (#LI-Remote) with work-at-home requirements including a high-speed DSL or cable modem (minimum 25 Mbps download x 10 Mbps upload), no satellite or wireless internet, a dedicated space to protect PHI/HIPAA information, and occasional travel to Humana's offices for training or meetings. Associates or contractors in California working from home will be provided payment for internet expenses.
Required qualifications include 3–5 years in a technical or engineering role focused on automation or systems integration, 2–3 years developing automation solutions using scripting (Python, PowerShell, SQL) and low-code tools (Power Platform, Power BI, Dataverse), experience with ITSM and monitoring tools (ServiceNow, PagerDuty, Dynatrace), proven success leveraging AI tools, and strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
