The Senior Sales Enablement Manager requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience, along with 5+ years of experience in training or instructional design possessing strong facilitation and presentation skills. Proven experience in building sales fundamentals and product certification programs is essential, and familiarity with tools such as Salesforce, Gong, Mindtickle, ZoomInfo, and Sales Navigator is needed. Sharp communication, project management, and organizational skills are also required.
This role involves collaborating with internal stakeholders to align content with go-to-market strategy, owning monthly Product Launch meetings, creating and managing a sales training bootcamp program, developing and administering Sales certification programs, conducting needs analyses, gathering content for enablement materials, creating training materials using Microsoft Word and PowerPoint, partnering with Sales leaders to identify performance gaps, developing and maintaining productivity dashboards to measure enablement effectiveness, and leading the planning and execution of the yearly Sales Kickoff Event.
