Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Business Administration, or a related field, and have at least 3 years of experience in sales training or a similar role. Responsibilities

The Area Sales Trainer for Abbott Neuromodulation will develop and implement training programs for U.S. Customer Service, US Field Personnel, and customers, providing clear information and enabling understanding of processes and customer experience excellence. They will assess and analyze new hire strengths and weaknesses, implement training curriculums, and co-ordinate training activities, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures. Additionally, they will monitor training requirements, update materials, and work with the management team to meet organizational targets and expectations, while remaining aware of changes impacting training needs and trends in training methodologies.
