Senior Revenue Operations Manager

Position Overview

Jobber is seeking a Senior Revenue Operations Manager to join our Revenue Operations (RevOps) department. This role is crucial for driving strategic projects that support aggressive growth, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance the adoption of Jobber. You will help shape the vision, structure, and processes necessary to scale the department and solidify Jobber's position as the market leader in the Home and Commercial Services industry. This position is part of the PostSale team, supporting onboarding, account management/expansion, and support teams, as well as assisting fintech teams.

The Team

The Revenue Operations team is strategically positioned at the intersection of people, process, technology, and data. Their focus is on driving a buyer-centric go-to-market strategy and ensuring Jobber can effectively engage with the right individuals at the right time and in the right manner.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a senior subject matter expert within the RevOps organization and contribute to the development of junior staff.
  • Lead and drive mission-critical initiatives spanning both go-to-market strategy and technical transformation.
  • Own the operational framework for the go-to-market function, collaborating with key stakeholders in Marketing, Sales, and Success to implement effective processes that optimize prospect conversion across all funnel stages.
  • Facilitate and direct strategic planning with go-to-market leadership and Finance for high-level initiatives, including organizational structure, sales tactics, segmentation, and new experiments.
  • Act as a liaison between go-to-market craft functions to align on top priorities and collaborate with technical teams to implement system and process changes.
  • Establish and maintain the definitive source of truth for go-to-market metrics, creating, maintaining, and communicating key business metrics, and setting targets to drive team performance.
  • Analyze trends and performance data to identify opportunities for greater efficiency and to understand process bottlenecks and inconsistencies throughout the sales lifecycle.
  • Identify technological needs of the go-to-market teams and manage tooling changes from sourcing through to implementation.
