They should be a subject matter expert, capable of supporting the development of junior staff, and possess experience in driving mission-critical initiatives. Additionally, the role requires a deep understanding of sales processes, segmentation, and organizational structure, along with the ability to establish and maintain key go-to-market metrics.
The Senior Revenue Operations Manager will support strategic projects to drive growth, improve customer satisfaction, and scale the department, working closely with Marketing, Sales, and Success teams. They will facilitate strategic planning, collaborate with technical teams to drive system and process change, and act as a liaison between go-to-market craft functions. Furthermore, they will analyze trends, identify efficiencies, and enact tooling changes to optimize the entire sales lifecycle.
