Requirements

Candidates should have 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or analytics roles, with a strong focus on Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, CPQ, etc.). Proven success in improving CRM data quality and optimizing processes for measurable impact is required, along with proficiency in Salesforce Reports & Dashboards, Excel/Google Sheets, and ideally BI tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker; familiarity with SQL is a plus. Experience with sales engagement tools like Gong, Outreach, and ZoomInfo is also expected. Strong attention to detail, systems thinking, an understanding of the end-to-end sales process, and excellent communication skills are necessary. A self-starter mindset with a passion for solving problems and improving workflows is also a requirement. Salesforce Admin Certification(s) are a plus.

Responsibilities

The Senior Revenue Operations Analyst will define and execute data hygiene strategies to improve CRM data accuracy and reliability within sales workflows. They will support sales teams with tactical activities such as defining Ideal Customer Profiles, territory management, account assignments, and CRM troubleshooting. The role involves collaborating with Sales, Marketing, RevOps, Enablement, and Data Engineering to align on data needs, prioritize enhancements, and deliver impactful outcomes. Responsibilities include leading and implementing scalable process improvements across tools like Salesforce, Gong, and Outreach to enhance seller productivity and effectiveness. The analyst will develop and execute data-driven strategies to improve sales performance and operational efficiency, build and maintain reports and dashboards, and document business processes, best practices, and tool usage. Additionally, they will conduct training, create resources to drive user adoption, and stay current on Salesforce and revenue tech best practices to proactively recommend improvements.
