Requirements

Responsibilities

The Senior Revenue Systems Delivery Manager will lead practical, right-sized Agile ceremonies, establish and maintain an organized Salesforce project backlog, and proactively identify and clear roadblocks to ensure rapid response to high-priority needs. They will partner with RevOps leaders and business stakeholders to align priorities with strategic objectives, translate business requests into actionable technical work items, and influence roadmap discussions by highlighting delivery capacity and system dependencies. Additionally, they will foster an environment of accountability and continuous improvement within teams, coach team members on Agile principles, track delivery health metrics to guide planning and improve predictability, and coordinate Salesforce releases with stakeholders to ensure minimal business disruption.
