Responsibilities

The Senior Recruiter will partner with hiring managers and teams to design and execute effective hiring strategies, providing data and market insights to support decision-making. They will develop and implement creative sourcing strategies, acting as a change agent to navigate complex environments and drive recruitment efforts. The recruiter will own the end-to-end recruitment process, removing blockers and delivering high-value hires, while championing Kraken's culture and ensuring candidate alignment with the mission and values. They will also contribute to projects that enhance global recruiting infrastructure.
