Responsibilities

The Senior Recruiter will design and execute merit-first and scalable recruitment processes for critical product domains. They will partner with Hiring Managers and Product teams to drive end-to-end campaigns, providing data and market insights to support decision-making. This role involves acting as a force of change by navigating complex environments, having uncomfortable conversations, and relentlessly pursuing Kraken's interests. The recruiter will operate as a problem solver and force multiplier by removing blockers and delivering high-value hires, and contribute to cross-functional projects that elevate global recruiting infrastructure and define best practices.
