Requirements

Candidates must possess a minimum of 15 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with at least 7 years dedicated to leading recruiting leaders and teams within high-growth SaaS or technology environments. Demonstrated success in designing and scaling recruiting strategies across multiple business functions, deep people leadership skills with a proven track record of building and mentoring high-performing teams, and exemplary communication and influencing skills are essential. Experience developing and executing recruiting strategies for entering new global markets, directing recruitment for North America and EMEA, and a strategic mindset aligned with business growth objectives are also required.

Responsibilities

The Senior Director, Talent Acquisition will lead the global recruiting team to deliver best-in-class hiring solutions, develop and execute a scalable hiring plan aligned with company objectives, and ensure a positive candidate experience. This role involves owning the end-to-end recruitment process for leadership-level roles, leading, coaching, and developing the talent acquisition team, and overseeing recruiting operations for efficiency and consistency. Responsibilities also include supporting global expansion by partnering with People and business leaders, acting as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and senior leaders, leading budgeting and headcount planning for the Talent Acquisition function, and defining metrics to assess pipeline health and improve hiring outcomes using data and analytics.
