Candidates should have over 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a strong focus on Product and/or Design roles within high-growth tech companies. Proven ability to recruit senior-level talent and build relationships with candidates and hiring teams is essential. Strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion are also required. Experience recruiting for both Product and Design domains is a plus.
Partner with Product and Design leaders to understand hiring priorities and develop clear hiring strategies. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for high-priority searches, ensuring alignment with business goals. Evaluate talent beyond surface-level indicators to identify true craft and potential. Build trust with candidates through a transparent and engaging process. Analyze hiring data, share insights, and experiment with new approaches. Proactively engage candidates from diverse backgrounds to build inclusive and representative teams.
