Requirements

Candidates should have over 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a strong focus on Product and/or Design roles within high-growth tech companies. Proven ability to recruit senior-level talent and build relationships with candidates and hiring teams is essential. Proactively engage candidates from diverse backgrounds to build inclusive and representative teams.
