Requirements

  • University degree, preferably in Psychology, Business Administration (ADE), or Law. Master's in Human Resources positively valued
  • Advanced level of English and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in personnel selection. Experience in selecting profiles in automotive, IT, or New Technologies sectors positively valued
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to adapt to change

Responsibilities

  • Full management of selection processes for all company work centers
  • Design of procedures for talent attraction, selection, incorporation of people, and management/follow-up of the same
  • Selection and management of national and international selection providers
  • Proactive search for global talent, focusing on the most technical and innovative profiles
  • Conducting interviews and coordinating the selection process with Area Managers
  • Planning the on-boarding process
  • Planning and documentary management of follow-up interviews with the Area Manager
  • Conducting exit interviews
  • Participation and collaboration in internal talent management projects
  • Attendance at job fairs/recruitment events
  • Preparation of the Selection Dashboard
