Advanced level of English and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
Minimum 7 years of experience in personnel selection. Experience in selecting profiles in automotive, IT, or New Technologies sectors positively valued

Responsibilities

Full management of selection processes for all company work centers
Design of procedures for talent attraction, selection, incorporation of people, and management/follow-up of the same
Selection and management of national and international selection providers
Proactive search for global talent, focusing on the most technical and innovative profiles
Conducting interviews and coordinating the selection process with Area Managers
Planning the on-boarding process
Planning and documentary management of follow-up interviews with the Area Manager
Conducting exit interviews
Participation and collaboration in internal talent management projects
Attendance at job fairs/recruitment events
Preparation of the Selection Dashboard
