The Senior Recruiter will lead job scope meetings with hiring leaders, review and evaluate candidates from the ATS, and develop sourcing plans. They will source candidates using various methods, including Boolean searches and networking, and engage talent communities through multiple communication channels. Responsibilities also include articulating the value proposition to candidates, preparing them for interviews, providing status updates, conducting phone interviews, assessing skills, and reviewing background information to influence the hiring decision.
