Requirements

Candidates should possess an Associate’s Degree or Bachelor’s Degree, and preferred experience in business within a healthcare and/or insurance setting. Familiarity with recruitment processes and physician onboarding is also beneficial.

Responsibilities

The Government Recruiter will partner with business leads to identify gaps in the physician panel, research and recruit new physicians, negotiate agreements, manage end-to-end onboarding, maintain accurate physician profiles, oversee payments, provide support to physician reviewers, assist with training, and contribute to special projects and strategic initiatives. They will also support Network Manager with outreach reports and Open Service Requests, and lead or assist with team-based projects.
