Requirements

Candidates should have 7+ years of recruiting experience, with at least 3+ years focused on business-side roles, and proven success managing full-cycle searches from sourcing to closing. A demonstrated ability to partner with hiring managers as a trusted advisor, strong organizational skills with experience balancing strategy and hands-on coordination, and a commitment to building inclusive, equitable hiring processes are required. Experience recruiting in healthcare or healthtech, exposure to scaling recruiting processes in a growth-stage company, and familiarity with Ashby or similar modern ATS platforms are nice-to-haves.

Responsibilities

The Staff Recruiter will lead full-cycle recruiting for business functions, partner with hiring managers to shape role requirements and sourcing strategies, and source, engage, and nurture diverse candidates. They will coordinate interviews and communication, advise hiring managers on interview best practices, and track and share recruiting metrics. The role also involves continuously refining processes to scale with company growth and contributing to broader People initiatives.
