Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in Real Time Bidding (RTB) / programmatic expertise (DSP, Ad Network)
  • Proven success running Google Ads, Facebook Ads, or executing campaigns through a DSP as a self-serve user
  • Demonstrated success in managing client relationships and delivering service excellence
  • Skilled up-selling to unlock new revenue streams
  • Experience in the RFP process, including proposal development, cross-functional collaboration, and client presentations
  • Ability to grasp and communicate technical concepts and platform-based knowledge
  • Familiarity with complex databases is a plus
  • Agency experience is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Act as the main point of contact for your portfolio of clients across various verticals
  • Work alongside Account Executives in leading the RFP process, preparing proposals, and presenting concepts to Enterprise brands and agencies
  • Drive up-sells of StackAdapt features and channels to existing customers
  • Design unique campaign strategies within the StackAdapt platform
  • Ensure client campaigns are successful by providing regular reporting on campaign goals, strategic solutions, and optimizations to meet KPIs
  • Develop deep client mapping and account planning expertise
  • Set up and traffic advertising campaigns on the StackAdapt DSP, including third-party tag implementation and pixel creation/troubleshooting
  • Participate in the identification of upselling opportunities and improve services, such as the development of tools, procedures, and reports aimed to increase efficiency
  • Optimize campaigns and recommend new opportunities by analyzing campaign performance on a regular basis
  • Conduct in-person and virtual meetings, presentations, Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), and training/education
