Requirements

Bachelor’s degree, ideally Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology and IT, Business, Engineering, or a comparable field
Alternatively, more than 6-10 years of practical and relevant experience in product and project management within the payment industry, preferably in medium-sized and international companies
Very good knowledge of German and English – both written and spoken

Responsibilities

Analyze and assess market requirements, and define and prioritize core functionalities for the German market in close collaboration with Sales and Partner Management
Coordinate with international teams to define development goals, roadmaps, and timelines
Monitor testing, steer the pilot phase, and plan the rollout
Ensure the implementation of all necessary measures in Germany, including systemic adjustments and the integration of external service providers, and create sales materials and training for internal teams
Continuously monitor, maintain, and further develop the products in charge to ensure market success and efficiency
