5+ year track record of building and shipping products that customers love and that produce business impact

Responsibilities

Launch & grow a market-leading credit card program
Define and drive the product vision and roadmap for Wealthsimple’s credit card offering and payment cards platform capabilities across credit and banking
Operate at both strategic and tactical levels—setting direction while rolling up your sleeves when needed
Contribute to defining an ambitious product vision and strategy for your domain, owning the roadmap for the Payment Cards team
Lead the planning, development, and launch of new product experiences that continuously raise the bar on quality and impact
Collaborate closely with a cross-functional team of engineers, designers, and data scientists, fostering a "do-what-it-takes" mentality to deliver impactful projects
Break down complex, behind-the-scenes projects into discrete phases that deliver value to clients and the business incrementally
Develop a deep understanding of the payments landscape, including credit modeling, fraud protection, collections, and third-party vendor evaluations
Conduct hands-on quantitative and qualitative analysis, and talk directly to customers to uncover problems, identify unmet needs, and validate solutions
