Requirements

Candidates should have 5-7 years of product management experience, with at least 2 years focused on growth, SEO/CRO, or lifecycle marketing for a consumer marketplace, travel, or e-commerce product. Proven experience in improving organic traffic, conversion rates, signup/activation, and retention is required, along with hands-on experience with experimentation and analytics tools, and SQL expertise. Familiarity with AI-assisted prototyping and basic HTML/CSS is necessary, as are strong mobile web performance instincts and excellent communication skills. Experience with marketing automation platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

The Senior Product Manager will drive SEO and conversion on landing pages, optimize lifecycle campaigns, and design growth programs for user acquisition and retention. They will prototype and test using AI and no/low-code tools, champion mobile web growth, and define key performance indicators across the user funnel. This role involves measuring results, analyzing data, building dashboards, and collaborating cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and operations teams to align on growth strategies and drive outcomes.
