Candidates should have 5-7 years of product management experience, with at least 2 years focused on growth, SEO/CRO, or lifecycle marketing for a consumer marketplace, travel, or e-commerce product. Proven experience in improving organic traffic, conversion rates, signup/activation, and retention is required, along with hands-on experience with experimentation and analytics tools, and SQL expertise. Familiarity with AI-assisted prototyping and basic HTML/CSS is necessary, as are strong mobile web performance instincts and excellent communication skills. Experience with marketing automation platforms is a plus.
The Senior Product Manager will drive SEO and conversion on landing pages, optimize lifecycle campaigns, and design growth programs for user acquisition and retention.
