Responsibilities

  • Own the product roadmap for acquiring and onboarding new accounts into Givebutter.
  • Partner with the VP of Growth to define the product strategy for the Growth pod.
  • Collaborate with Design, Engineering, and Marketing to build onboarding experiences that drive activation and increase new account acquisition.
  • Analyze data and customer research to develop product experiences and experiments that improve activation and acquisition.
  • Lead experiments and new features from ideation to deployment, ensuring they deliver meaningful business impact.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in a high-scale B2B SaaS or data-driven B2C environment with 100K+ MAUs.
  • Deep understanding of SaaS unit economics, including cohort analysis, CAC, conversion rates, retention, and customer lifetime value.
  • Data Fluency: Comfortable with SQL and spreadsheets; Python is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking – able to connect product, marketing, and business objectives through data-driven decision-making.
  • Experimentation Mindset: Experience running A/B tests, pricing tests, and interpreting results.

  • Background in Statistics, Finance, Economics, or Performance Marketing.
