Requirements

Candidates should possess 5+ years of product management experience, ideally within a high-scale B2B SaaS or data-driven B2C environment with 100K+ monthly active users (MAUs). They should demonstrate a deep understanding of SaaS unit economics, including cohort analysis, customer acquisition cost (CAC), conversion rates, retention, and customer lifetime value. Furthermore, candidates are expected to be data fluent, comfortable with SQL and spreadsheets, and possess a plus in Python, along with a background in Statistics, Finance, Economics, or Performance Marketing.

Responsibilities

The Senior Product Manager, Growth will own the product roadmap for acquiring and onboarding new accounts into Givebutter, partnering with the VP of Growth to define the product strategy for the Growth pod. They will collaborate with Design, Engineering, and Marketing to build onboarding experiences that drive activation and increase new account acquisition, analyzing data and customer research to develop product experiences and experiments that improve activation and acquisition. Additionally, this role involves leading experiments and new features from ideation to deployment, ensuring they deliver meaningful business impact, and ultimately driving the overall growth of the Givebutter platform.
