Candidates should possess 5+ years of product management experience, with expertise in both backend/tools and frontend e-commerce. Demonstrated experience in creating, communicating, and executing product roadmaps is essential, along with a proven track record of successfully launching, measuring, and iterating on features. Strong expertise in data-driven decision-making, including A/B testing and user behavior analysis, is required, as is experience with API integrations. Excellent collaboration skills and strong project management abilities are necessary to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Empathy for the customer journey and an affinity for Thrive Market’s mission are also key qualifications. Experience optimizing an e-commerce funnel is preferred, and experience with self-service chat tools, online grocery, JIRA, Amplitude, and Figma are a plus.
