Requirements

Candidates should have 5+ years of product management experience, with a proven track record in B2C mobile products, particularly those focused on customer journey optimization. Strong understanding of subscription, retention, and user engagement metrics is required, as well as experience with experimentation (A/B testing), analytics tools, and product KPIs (LTV, churn, retention, CAC). Bonus experience in highly regulated industries such as financial services or healthcare is preferred.

Responsibilities

As the Senior Product Manager for Membership/Growth, you will define and drive the product vision and roadmap for membership and subscription experiences across iOS and Android platforms, collaborating with engineering, design, data, marketing, and customer support. You will lead the end-to-end lifecycle of features related to onboarding, product adoption, billing, retention, cross-sell, and upsell, utilizing data, research, and experimentation to optimize the product and monitor performance metrics.
