Requirements

Candidates should be evidence-based, customer-centric, and inventive product managers with strong, loosely held opinions, a proactive problem-solving approach, and data-driven decision-making skills. Responsibilities

The Senior Product Manager, Growth will drive the product growth strategy and roadmap, focusing on marketplace adoption and activation, core expansion opportunities, and new customer experiences. They will collaborate cross-functionally with research, design, engineering, data science, marketing, and customer-facing teams to develop successful strategies and make informed decisions. Responsibilities include ensuring the evolution of Fleetio’s experience is customer-driven and data-informed, advocating for PLG and PLS, fostering a culture of impact and experimentation, continuously generating and testing hypotheses, and effectively communicating product vision and roadmap updates to stakeholders. The role also involves guiding features through their entire creative cycle, from discovery to optimization, and working with the team to improve development processes for efficient delivery of high-quality features.
