Requirements

Candidates should possess at least 5 years of product management experience in technology, technology-enabled services, or a SaaS product, with experience using data and primary research to inform solution design and build internal business understanding. They should also have experience with the software development lifecycle and software development methodologies, preferably with Agile/Scrum teams, and experience in developing healthcare technology products.

Responsibilities

As a Technical Product Manager for User Experience Design, the individual will partner with business owners to cultivate a shared vision for the problem space and advocate for this perspective, ongoing optimization of live user workflows and capabilities, working with internal teams and end users to develop a deep understanding of requirements and support teams throughout execution, writing detailed user stories, developing short- and long-term roadmaps, and monitoring key metrics & user feedback. They will also be responsible for innovative thinking and delivering highly adopted applications, developing effective 'go-to-market' strategies, and applying user-centered design principles and design thinking.
