Candidates should possess 8+ years of experience designing and shipping complex, enterprise-level SaaS products, with a strong preference for experience in CRM, sales-tech, or related B2B domains. They must demonstrate expert systems thinking, including the ability to deconstruct complex problems and design scalable solutions, along with expert design instincts and best practice knowledge. Furthermore, candidates are expected to be self-starters who thrive in fast-paced environments, proficient in creating and maintaining components in Figma, dedicated to continuous learning and experimentation, and possess a collaborative mindset with respect for cross-functional partners.
The Staff Product Designer will collaborate with the Product Manager and Engineers on their squad to brainstorm, build, and validate solutions for complex user problems, partner with Engineers to understand technical constraints and hand off designs, map complex user workflows, participate in squad activities, collaborate with other Designers to provide feedback and maintain a cohesive experience, conduct user interviews, utilize and contribute to the design system, integrate quantitative and qualitative data into product decisions, and consistently identify high-impact areas and iterate based on testing and experimentation.
