Requirements

Candidates should have 7+ years of product management or customer-facing experience, with at least 5 years focused on B2B marketing technology, customer journey orchestration, or marketing automation platforms. Experience with Adobe Experience Cloud, Marketo Engage, or similar platforms is highly preferred. Responsibilities

The Senior Product Manager will define the strategy and roadmap for Adobe’s B2B Customer Journey products, including Adobe Journey Optimizer B2B Edition and Adobe Marketo Engage, collaborating closely with strategic customers to ensure value realization and drive innovation. They will translate customer insights into actionable product enhancements, build a long-term plan for the products, drive cross-functional alignment with engineering, design, and sales teams, and represent Adobe at industry events and customer forums. The role also involves giving strategic advice to customers and internal teams on the use of B2B Customer Journey products.
