Position Overview

The most sophisticated self-care businesses build on Boulevard. Our powerful platform and robust APIs enable custom booking flows and secure data sharing. As a Senior Product Marketing Manager, Data & Platform, you will be critical in helping our customers and their developers unlock the full potential of Boulevard’s data and platform.

You will partner closely with the Platform team to shape and elevate the developer experience, ensuring documentation, tutorials, messaging, and enablement meet the needs of engineers building on Boulevard. Your goal is to make it effortless for developers to find, understand, and confidently use our offerings, whether they are integrating with our APIs, working with Snowflake Data Share, or building custom apps.

On the data side, you will collaborate with the Data & Reporting team to position and grow adoption of our analytics solutions, highlighting the business value of dashboards and direct data access. You will help self-care leaders make smarter, faster decisions and provide technical customers with the tools to integrate insights into their chosen systems.

This role is ideal for a strategic, technical product marketer who thrives at the intersection of product, engineering, and customer success, and can communicate effectively with both business and developer audiences. Experience marketing data products or developer platforms to mid-market and enterprise customers is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Champion the Customer, Developer & Data Experience:
    • Own the go-to-market strategy for Boulevard’s developer platform and data products.
    • Partner with Product and Engineering to ensure the developer experience (docs, tutorials, messaging, onboarding) is clear, consistent, and effective.
    • Enable developers to understand possibilities, learn how to build, and find necessary resources for success.
  • Drive Adoption of Platform & Data Products:
    • Lead adoption and enablement strategies for APIs, Snowflake Data Share, and data access tools.
    • Ensure customers and their developers can build confidently and extract value from their data.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive ongoing usage beyond successful launches.
  • Conduct Customer & Competitive Research:
    • Lead in-depth customer and competitive research to identify market trends, pain points, and opportunities.
    • Utilize insights to refine product positioning and messaging.
