Requirements

Candidates should have 5+ years of professional experience in Product Design with a strong portfolio demonstrating shipped products. Proven experience designing native mobile applications (iOS + Android) with a track record of launching high-quality mobile-first products is required. Mastery of Figma for end-to-end product design, prototyping, and design system contribution is essential, along with strong written and verbal communication skills. Experience collaborating cross-functionally with product, engineering, and AI/ML partners is also required. Exposure to designing experiences with AI or machine learning, experience designing interfaces for high-trust domains, experience conducting and integrating user research, experience with cross-platform design systems, familiarity with mobile accessibility standards, and experience with motion design and micro-interactions for mobile are preferred qualifications.

Responsibilities

The Sr. Product Designer will focus heavily on native mobile experiences (iOS and Android) while collaborating on cross-platform design solutions. Responsibilities include creating user-centered workflows that make therapy more accessible, engaging, and effective.
