Requirements

Candidates should have 5+ years of experience as a Producer in an agency, studio, or production environment, with a strong background in content and digital production including live action, post-production, design, and interactive work. Excellent client-facing and communication skills are essential, along with solid project management abilities, including budget, schedule, and resource management. Experience working with cross-functional creative and technical teams, a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset, familiarity with project management tools, Mac environments, and Google Workspace are also required. Occasional travel for client meetings or shoots may be necessary.

Responsibilities

The Senior Producer will manage the day-to-day production of digital and content projects from kickoff through final delivery, serving as a key client contact to ensure smooth communication and strong relationships. Responsibilities include leading scheduling, budgeting, resourcing, and workflow for multiple projects, collaborating with creative and technical teams to solve problems and keep projects on track, and anticipating risks and communicating updates clearly to clients and internal stakeholders. The role also involves supporting pitches and proposals with production insights and executional planning, contributing to a collaborative culture, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality creative work on time and on budget.
