Requirements

Responsibilities

The Senior Product Manager will define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for consumer mortgage solutions, including tools for mortgage education, servicing transparency, and financial wellness. This involves conducting market research and user feedback analysis to identify consumer needs, collaborating with engineering, marketing, legal, and data science teams for product delivery, and partnering with the Direct-to-Consumer team for aligned engagement strategies. Responsibilities also include leveraging Experian's data assets for personalized consumer experiences, ensuring regulatory and privacy compliance (e.g., FCRA, CFPB), and monitoring product KPIs to iterate based on feedback and analytics.
