Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, along with a minimum of 10 years of experience in Product Lifecycle Management, preferably within a technology or manufacturing environment. Strong leadership and strategic planning skills are essential, as is experience with PLM system implementations and integrations, including ERP and MES systems. Experience working with cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders is also required.

Responsibilities

As the Senior PLM Manager, you will lead the end-to-end PLM implementation, defining scope, success criteria, and governance models; act as a program lead collaborating with consultants and vendors; drive the implementation of a core PLM system for company-wide adoption; build and execute a PLM roadmap translating business needs into a scalable system; maintain and optimize the PLM platform and its integrations; advocate for a data-driven culture and promote data integrity; and champion cross-functional alignment across engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, product, and customer teams.
