Position Overview

Saviynt Federal is seeking a technical leader responsible for designing and overseeing the development of customer cybersecurity systems tailored for government agencies. This role involves defining software architecture aligned with security standards and guiding professional services teams in implementing solutions. As part of Saviynt Federal Expert Services, you will enhance customer success by providing expert guidance, ensuring effective product utilization, and building strong relationships with Federal customers as trusted advisors.

Saviynt's Privileged Access Management (PAM) is a cloud-based solution that secures and manages privileged access across hybrid and multi-cloud environments. It leverages a converged platform with Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) for identity-driven access control, aiming to reduce cyber threats by controlling and monitoring access to critical resources.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirement gathering sessions with customers and propose solutions following PAM best practices.
• Lead PAM design, implementation, and deployment.
• Work in high-security areas of the US Government.
• Support RFPs and LOEs (Level of Effort) for new opportunities.
• Provide support for production PAM infrastructure systems and processes.
• Act as a technical subject matter expert in the PAM space.
• Mentor and coach junior resources within the team.

Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship: Applicants must be United States citizens.
• US Federal Government Clearance Eligibility: Must meet US persons on US soil requirements and undergo a full background investigation/screening. Must meet IAL3 requirements (Identity proofing including I-9 document verification, biometric collection, and mailing address confirmation).
• Experience:
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in Information Security or a related technology field, preferably in Identity and Access Management.
  • Experience implementing at least two of the following PAM solutions: CyberArk, Centrify, BeyondTrust, Thycotic, Hitachi ID, Delinea.
  • Hands-on experience installing and configuring Vault, DR, and Break-glass processes.
  • Integration experience of PAM solutions with at least three or more of the following: on-prem servers, AWS, Azure, GCP, SaaS Applications, Web Applications, Network Devices (Firewall/Switches/Routers), Active Directory (multiple domain setup).
  • Proven experience architecting and designing technology components such as deployment architecture, PSM, Vault, and access control based on specific privileges.
  • Knowledge of platform security, administration, and management (e.g., Linux/UNIX / Windows system administration).
• Education: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent professional experience.
