Candidates must be U.S. Citizens and eligible for a U.S. Federal Government Clearance, possessing at least 10 years of experience in Information Security or a related technology field, preferably within Identity and Access Management. A Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution or equivalent professional experience is required, along with hands-on experience implementing at least two PAM solutions such as CyberArk, Centrify, BeyondTrust, Thycotic, Hitachi ID, or Delinea. Experience with installing and configuring Vault, DR, and Break-glass processes, as well as integrating PAM solutions with diverse environments like on-prem servers, AWS, Azure, GCP, SaaS applications, web applications, network devices, and Active Directory, is essential. Strong knowledge of platform security, administration, and management (Linux/UNIX/Windows) is necessary, complemented by exceptional written and verbal communication skills, strategic thinking, problem-solving abilities, and proven presentation and leadership skills.
The Principal Architect will lead requirement gathering sessions with customers and propose Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions following best practices. They will be responsible for the design, implementation, and deployment of PAM solutions, working within high-security areas of the U.S. Government. This role includes supporting RFPs and Level of Effort estimates for new opportunities, providing support for production PAM infrastructure systems and processes, and acting as a technical subject matter expert in the PAM space. Additionally, the architect will mentor and coach junior team members and guide professional services teams in implementing chosen solutions to enhance customer success and satisfaction.
