Senior Manager, PMM Operations at Apollo.io

Position Overview

Apollo.io is seeking a Senior Manager, PMM Operations to coordinate our Product Marketing (PMM) initiatives. This role is responsible for managing key programs and processes that support our product go-to-market strategies, including product launches, enablement, and general cross-functional process orchestration. You will work horizontally across multiple product and solution lines to enforce a cohesive narrative, drive cross-functional alignment, and ensure operational excellence. This role will collaborate with various teams, including Solutions Product Marketing, Integrated Marketing, Growth, Web, Enablement, Sales, Product, Pricing and Packaging, and Operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Product Launch Strategy & Operations:
    • Develop and scale a best-in-class product launch strategy.
    • Implement processes and infrastructure to support major and minor launches at scale.
    • Ensure seamless and on-time launch execution with clear alignment across product, marketing, sales, and other stakeholders.
  • Product and Feature Enablement - Internal:
    • Establish and maintain best practices for product and feature enablement.
    • Act as the liaison between the solutions product marketing team and the GTM enablement organization.
    • Collaborate with the enablement team to create planning and processes for timely and effective product/feature enablement for customer-facing teams (Sales, Customer Success, Support).
  • Product and Feature Enablement - External:
    • Develop and scale a best-in-class process for enabling customers on new products and features.
    • Work across solutions product marketers, product teams, Customer Marketing, Growth, and Academy teams to develop best practices for customer notifications.
    • Maintain transparency and alignment on customer notification timelines.
  • Cross-functional Alignment:
    • Serve as the primary point of contact between the product marketing organization and other marketing functions (Integrated Marketing, Growth, Web, Customer Marketing, Brand, Communications, etc.).
    • Drive improved processes, planning, and coordination to ensure customer-facing assets and marketing campaigns align with product messaging and go-to-market priorities.
  • PMM Librarian:
    • Maintain the library of PMM collateral, ensuring materials are organized and up-to-date.
  • PMM Operations:
    • Own PMM's operational strategies for integrating AI solutions, ensuring process consistency, documentation standards, and team adoption of best practices for efficiency and measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

  • 5 to 10 years of experience in product marketing.
  • At least 3 years in a role managing cross-functional processes.
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale product launches, including cross-functional coordination.
  • Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with key cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
