The Senior Performance Marketing Manager will own the strategy, performance, and management of paid campaigns across multiple platforms, including Google, LinkedIn, Bing, Reddit, YouTube, and Meta. Responsibilities include optimizing the funnel by refining targeting, creative testing, bidding strategies, audiences, user journeys, and landing page experiences. The role involves driving revenue impact through accurate attribution, clear reporting, and seamless automations, as well as experimenting with new channels, segmenting campaigns, and unlocking new sources of pipeline growth. Additionally, the manager will measure and report on performance, providing insights and recommendations to inform budget allocation and strategy, and collaborate cross-functionally with product marketing, sales, and customer journey teams to align messaging and optimize the user journey.
