Requirements

The ideal candidate possesses progressive experience in a People Operations (HR) generalist or coordination role, preferably within a high-growth, remote environment. They should be highly organized with strong attention to detail and adept at multitasking. Experience supporting a global team across multiple time zones and countries is essential.

Responsibilities

The Senior People Operations Specialist will manage the entire employee lifecycle, including global onboarding and offboarding, leave management, and compensation operations. Responsibilities include managing new hire documentation, global contract creation, background checks, and supporting contingent onboarding. The role involves researching, building, and improving scalable People tools and processes, supporting international entity establishments, and coordinating key annual People processes. Additionally, the specialist will act as a point of contact for team member inquiries, manage global People templates, coordinate candidate visa processes, prepare monthly payroll updates in partnership with Finance, and administer, enhance, and audit People systems to ensure data integrity.
