Requirements

Candidates should have 6+ years of progressive People/HR experience, including at startup or high-growth organizations, with at least 3 years in a Business Partner or strategic People Partner role. Proven success in driving business outcomes through the design and implementation of people strategies is required. Experience partnering with clinical and operational teams in a remote-first, distributed environment is strongly preferred. Strong business acumen, data orientation, impeccable judgment, high EQ, and excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

The Senior HR Business Partner will serve as a strategic partner to Clinical & Operations functions, aligning people strategies with business goals, building a strong culture of belonging, and driving organizational performance. Responsibilities include providing thought partnership and coaching to leaders, managing organizational change, driving performance review cycles, implementing improvements in people processes, leading learning and development initiatives, guiding managers in employee relations matters, and collaborating with the broader People team on cross-functional initiatives, while ensuring compliance with all applicable laws.
