Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. A minimum of 3-5 years of work experience in data engineering is required, specifically including Azure technologies such as Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks, Azure Synapse, and Fabric. Familiarity with modern data platform technologies, Agile engineering practices, data warehouse and lakehouse methodologies (including medallion architecture), data ETL/ELT processes, data profiling and anomaly detection, data modeling (Dimensional/Kimball), SQL, relational database platforms, and DevOps/CI/CD is essential. Growing familiarity with Python is also expected, along with excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills. A desire for continued education and certification is preferred, and previous consulting experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

The Senior Data Analytics Engineer will analyze, develop, and deliver business intelligence solutions utilizing the Microsoft Analytics stack. This role involves working directly with clients to understand their needs and ensure expectations are met. The engineer will be responsible for creating scalable and reliable data solutions through data analytics solution development.
