Requirements

Candidates must possess 15+ years of experience in Data & Analytics transformation, with a proven track record of academic rigor and professional certification. A Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field from a top-tier university is required, along with Data Management, Data Science, or AI certifications. Expertise in Agile methodology, structured problem-solving, excellent quantitative skills, and strong executive communication are essential. Proven experience in complex programmatic change leadership, with the ability to manage multiple transformational programs simultaneously, is also necessary.

Responsibilities

The Enterprise Data & Analytics Governance Director will lead the Enterprise Data Governance function by defining and implementing data governance frameworks, establishing data ownership and stewardship, and implementing quality management models. They will create and govern the data catalog, common data definitions, and KPIs for consistent reporting. This role involves accelerating value creation through a structured program to audit, improve, and control data management and analytic processes. Responsibilities include developing an enterprise analytics strategy, standardizing reporting, promoting self-service analytics, improving data accessibility, and evaluating new tools. The Director will ensure stakeholder accountability, form and lead enterprise data councils, drive adoption and change management, and build data-driven decisioning programs. They will conduct comprehensive program reviews, assess risks, and prepare reports and presentations for senior leadership summarizing the status of data transformation initiatives.
