Role Overview

Ready to make a real impact? In this role, you’ll take full ownership of a $25M+ book of business and be empowered to drive strategic vendor partnerships that directly influence our company’s growth. You'll collaborate across teams to build long-term plans, negotiate high-stakes deals, and push for exclusivity with key accounts—all while managing the financial outcomes that shape our bottom line. How You Will Achieve Success

  • Maximize long-term value of vendor partnerships by developing and executing strategic plans that drive mutual growth and profitability.
  • Own and manage a $25M+ book of business, overseeing vendor negotiations, financial performance, and relationship management.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Planning, Forecasting, and other internal teams to ensure accurate, timely ordering and optimal inventory flow.
  • Drive competitive advantage by securing exclusivity with key accounts and fostering high-trust relationships with vendor partners.
  • Lead strategic vendor initiatives, aligning internal and external stakeholders to achieve shared business goals and long-term success.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Pay: $70,000 - $100,000 per year. Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $70,000/year to $100,000/year. Pay is based on a number of factors including geographic market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
  • Total Compensation: Spreetail is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
