The Senior Merchandising Manager will maximize the long-term value of vendor partnerships by developing and executing strategic plans that drive mutual growth and profitability. This role involves owning and managing a $25M+ book of business, overseeing vendor negotiations, financial performance, and relationship management. The manager will collaborate cross-functionally with Planning, Forecasting, and other internal teams to ensure accurate, timely ordering and optimal inventory flow. Key responsibilities include driving competitive advantage by securing exclusivity with key accounts and fostering high-trust relationships with vendor partners, as well as leading strategic vendor initiatives and aligning internal and external stakeholders to achieve shared business goals and long-term success.
